Automatic embroidery
Embroidery and yarn processing is an ancient and skilful art that characterized the initial phase of Emmegi Ricami’s activity and which, even today, represents a point of reference for our laboratory. Fabrics and leathers of all kinds are used to create innovative designs thanks to different processing stitches, from classic stitches to special stitches such as sneakers, sponge, carpet, needling to the use of chains. We can also make labels and patches that are used to complete the garments. With this technique we can also make labels and patches that are used to complete the garments.
A source of light for any outfit
Paillettes
The application of sequins is a technique that gives the clothes light and brilliance, giving the possibility to create even very detailed designs. Emmegi Ricami is able to apply sequins and couvettes of various shapes, colors, materials and sizes, from 2 to 21 mm. A delicate process that requires millimeter precision to give even more preciousness to the work.

Cornely
Cornely embroidery is a technique that has its roots in the past but is able, even today, to create modern and very up-to-date processes. The modern machines of the Emmegi Ricami laboratory are able to apply cords, ribbons, spikelets, raffia, soutage and metal chains on any fabric, creating decorations with a unique and particular line, replicating the handmade processes.
Perfect cuts and engravings on any fabric
Laser
The processing of fabrics through laser cuts and engravings allow an almost impossible precision to be obtained with classic cutting tools. Emmegi Ricami’s latest generation laser machines allow you to perform precise and defined cuts and engravings on any fabric and leather. These processes can be carried out on very large working fields and combined with all other embroidery techniques.

Three-dimensional effects imprinted on leathers and fabrics
HF welding
To obtain products such as logos or lettering in relief with different types of shapes and textures, Emmegi Ricami relies on high-frequency printing. This process is developed using synergistically the work of ‘High Frequency’ clichés and machinery in which the high heat waves give volume to the materials used. These materials are then welded together thanks to the combination of the heat produced and the pressure exerted, ensuring that they adapt perfectly to the mold used, giving the product a three-dimensional effect.
Innovative patterns printed on each fabric
Printing
High fashion garments have long been distinguished by graphics and designs with a unique character that often gives the garment originality but also recognizability. Thanks to the use of latest generation machinery for digital printing, which can be made on fabrics of various kinds, Emmegi Ricami is able to reproduce any type of pattern. Laminated prints are also performed to give touches of light to the worked garments.
A technique to give depth to each application
Applications
The technique of thermo-application or thermo-adhesive application is a process that, through the coupling of different materials with the use of heat, allows different fabrics to adhere by overlapping them. Thanks to these techniques Emmegi Ricami is able to obtain 3D effects of considerable visual impact to give the garments greater consistency and an obsessive attention to detail for each process.
